i like to browse everything before i begin reading. this way i spend more time on things that interest me and less time on things that don't. i like how in deng some suggestions are given to help make my hypertext more "browse-able" by navigation aids and highlighting links. But this also motivates me to make my hypertext interesting all around some viewers wont want to skip anything :)

I think you idea of browse-ability is great. And wishing your website is all interesting- i hope mine is too!

I think browsing before reading is actually probably a good idea. That way you get a feel for the site and where you can find the information you are looking for. It will ultimately save time and not force you to read something irrelevant to what you're looking for.

It is important that you came to this conclusion as it will be incredibly beneficial for your site. Not only will it be more interesting, but you will be able to possibly inspire more people to get involved in volunteer opportunities.

I agree. I like to browse things first to what the site really has to offer and whether its credible. I also might be to lazy to read.
