this book makes me never want to eat fast food again!

i don't know about the rest of you, but after reading only a few parts of Fast Food Nation makes me never want to eat at a fast food place again! The most disturbing part i thought was chapter 8: the most dangerous job. I've never really thought about where exactly all the meat came from that supplies McDonald's etc. so this chapter was very eye-opening for me. I thought the writing was captivating the way we are sort of given a tour of the slaughterhouse at the beginning of the chapter. It made everything seem real. But then it continues on to introduce different people who work in the slaughterhouses. The saddest story was Kenny- that a person with that much dedication to a specific job, who recovers from just about every injury, still is treated like crap. I thought his story was an effective way to end the chapter.
